The Skype Marketing Plan was a project I completed with a group for our Marketing Management and Strategy capstone course. Throughout this project we assess the current status of Skype’s services, to which we then formulated a marketing plan to improve the service’s performance. Skype was once the leading VoIP service available to the public, yet when demand spiked due to the Covid-19 pandemic usage rates plummeted as VoIP service provider, Zoom became the new industry leader.
